Terms of Service
The service
ZentryVoice provides cloud phone, messaging, fax and voicemail services to practices on a month-to-month basis. Pricing is per user per month plus optional add-ons; desk phones are a one-time purchase.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the numbers you port and the accuracy of your E911 address. Keep your sign-in codes private.
Billing and cancellation
Your first 30 days are free. After that you are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime from the admin portal; service continues until the end of the paid period. Porting an existing number away is always free.
Service status
We target 99.999% availability on our voice core. Live status and incident history are shown in the admin portal.
